These flower tiles are inspired by the work of William de Morgan and William
Morris. De Morgan was a 19th century tile maker who worked closely
with William Morris. Morris was one of the founders of the Arts &
Crafts movement. The Carnation and the Sunflower tiles are variations
of some of de Morgan's tile designs. The single flower is based on a
detail from Morris' Artichoke Wallpaper. Each tile is 4 x 4".
The Sunflowers can be arranged to form patterns. The Carnation tiles
work well in groups of two.
